After months of anticipation, on the 1st of June 2019 I was on my way to shoot Penny & Adam's wedding day. From the first time I spoke to Penny during our phone consult, I knew this wedding was one I absolutely wanted to be part of. When two people are so excited to marry one another and have such beautiful hearts as these two do, how could you not?! When I found out they had chosen to get married at Brockhurst Farm, I was so excited! I am definitely a sucker for wedding locations full of nature and good old rustic charm. And this particular place is definitely all those things and more, it really is a hidden gem!
Adam and his groomsmen decided to get ready on the property in one of the cabins that overlooks the ceremony location. The quaint building with its sage trimmings and timber highlights, was the perfect backdrop for a morning with the lads.
Cabins On The View was the spot Penny decided to get ready for the day and honestly once I rocked up there, I could totally see why! Besides the fact the Cabin was gorgeous with a fire place and hot tub on the deck included, the grounds surrounding were absolutely gorgeous also!
Arriving for the ceremony it was so beautiful watching their friends and family making the little trek to the ceremony location. It's one of those moments during the day where you just feel the resounding love that surrounds a couple during their wedding day, and Penny & Adam's wedding was no exception.
Couple portraits will forever be one of my favourite moments to photograph during a wedding day. I love watching couples enjoying a moment together as the fact they are now Mr & Mrs sinks in! It really is a magical moment to witness.
Under the stars, Penny and Adam joined their guests once again to celebrate the night away... and celebrate they certainly did!
